Dental Crown and Bridge in Waterdown

A dental crown is a tooth restoration which caps broken or decayed teeth. The crown covers the tooth completely while it provides strength, size and support to damaged teeth. A dental crown is a cosmetic procedure which also helps improve the overall look and feel of your tooth.

Dental Crown Procedure

First, we will take detailed, accurate impressions of your teeth and your bite. Upon preparing your tooth to receive a crown, we will fit you with a natural-looking temporary crown while your final is being crafted. We will then send your impressions to our trusted lab, where experienced technicians will craft your final crown under your dentists direction. When your crown comes back from the lab, it is cemented into place, and your dentist will make any final adjustments to ensure a proper alignment and comfortable bite.

Canada Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)

We are accepting the Government of Canada Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). The CDCP is a new Canadian Dental Care Plan where individuals that do not have access to an employer provided or private dental insurance plan can apply for. As an important part of dental care and overall health, the Government of Canada recognizes the expenses that can be associated with dental treatment and is committed to helping Canadians receive the dental treatments that are required while also making it more affordable.

The CDCP is offered to help low income families who do not have dental insurance by covering some costs associated with dental services for families with net income that is under $90,000.
